Ultimate Staffing is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client located in Northwest Houston. Our client is a leading manufacturer of textiles and apparels. This is a temporary-to-hire position.
This position supports the strategic business objective by ensureing the customer receives best in class service. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, placing orders, and providing alternative suggestions for products that are out of stock.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent customer service experience in a business professional office environment
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to work in a team environment
Highly organized
Ability to handle upset customers with a calming demeanor
Responsibilities:
Receive heavy volume of calls and emails
Collaborate iwth other departments to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
Reset Customer passwords
Place online orders for customers
Provide status updates on orders
Initiate customer returns
Handle upset customers
