LHH is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for our client in the East Mountains of Albuquerque, NM. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work environment. Your priority is to provide the CEO with a high-level of administrative assistance to ensure operational effectiveness and increase efficiencies. NOTE - This role is supporting a Global executive and working hours can start as early as 6am MST, virtually. This executive splits time between PST and MST and is typically in the office in New Mexico one week a month. The expectation is their EA will be in the office the days they are in town and remote otherwise.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence for CEO and delegate requests appropriately
Coordinate calendar and scheduling for CEO to ensure optimal usage of time
Ensure excellent working relationships with business partners and clients of CEO to maintain scheduling of meetings
Handle travel arrangements and coordinate travel requests on behalf of CEO
Prepare, edit, and finalize documents, memos, and presentations
Arrange expenses to ensure proper preparation of monthly expense reports
Submit expense receipts for monthly credit card ledger processing
Assist CEO with additional preparation for meetings
Finalize meeting minutes; to include, tracking deliverables, responsible party, due date, and additional important details
Provide business partners and clients with reminders regarding service appointments
Assist with additional administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business
2 years of current directly related experience
