About the Job:
Develops and monitors hospital salary and FTE budgets, prepares information for completion of annual Form 990s, provides monthly and other periodic management reporting as needed.
What You'll Do:
Develops the annual hospital salary and FTE budgets, and monitors them throughout the year providing explanation of variances
Assists in development of other EHS budgets as assigned, monitoring variances throughout the year
Collects and prepares information for completion of Form 990s for Elliot Health System entities and SolutionHealth and works with external tax accountants who prepare the forms
Produces monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for organization leadership group
Is an expert user of organization budgeting tool
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Required
A minimum of 3 years of related experience, Required
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, Preferred
Excellent organizational skills
