Our client, a national Investment Management Firm, is seeking a bright, ambitious and professional Administrative Receptionist! The ideal candidate has 1 - 3 years of experience out of financial services. In this role you will support a team of professionals, serves as the first point of contact for all guests and visitors as well as contribute to the firm's dynamic culture.
Hybrid: Onsite Monday - Thursday and remote Friday
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Compensation: $80 - 85k Base + Bonus
Responsibilities
Attend to reception desk, including phone coverage, detailed message taking, welcoming visitors and accepting deliveries
Schedule international/domestic travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries, including flights, car service, rental cars, and hotels
Managing supplies inventory, budgets, and maintenance requests
Receiving guests and directing them to their destinations; informing team members of their arrival
Team-oriented and collaborative
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience out of Financial Services
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels
