In addition the Digital Transformation team is looking for individuals that are creative, passionate and want to contribute their ideas.
The Product Success Specialist (PSS) will lead the roll out, implementation, training and support of the DTI's systems.
The PSS will have to support the initiatives across USA and Canada. The CSS will, from time to time, travel to our local subsidiaries to meet the team and work with them.
The PSS will build strong, long-term relationships with our local subsidiaries.
The PSS will measure and report on the performance of our campaigns and solutions.
The PSS will take advantage of his position to identify trends and new ideas.
The PSS will report directly to our Business Intelligence and Customer Success Manager.
