StorSuite's IoT division, focused on automated tenant communication services, is now seeking a Technical Client Success Manager. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of both physical and digital offerings, aimed at streamlining interactions among property owners, managers, and tenants. The division is particularly specialized in delivering advanced communication solutions such as QR codes, NFC tags, Bluetooth beacons, among other services, to enhance the efficiency of property management.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels in opportunities that are fast paced and ever growing. Here at StorSuite, we have already built a knowledgeable team of gifted development professionals, but as our services and project scope continue to evolve, we are in need of a strong leader with proven success in the tech space. This will require the skillset to clearly outline tasks for each project, ensure accountability while offering feedback and support to the team, and help to resolve any client or operational issues that would otherwise delay ongoing development schedules. Responsibilities:
  • Strong Leadership Experience - Proficient and comfortable in working alongside both on-site and remote, offshore teams.
  • Clear and Effective communication - Understanding the scope of each project, able to establish clear goals for each team member as well as providing clear expectations and updates back to relevant project stakeholders.
  • Organized Planning Skill Set - Able to consolidate client and team feedback into a most appropriate scope of product delivery, including anticipated timeline milestones as well as potential contingencies that may present delays
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined and reflects the most current priorities and objectives.
  • Be a primary liaison between software development, product owner and necessary company stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Did we emphasize the importance of clear planning and consistent communication?
  • Comfortable multitasking between projects and phases while ensuring critical details and deadlines are not overlooked.
  • Proven success in critical thinking and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to our product offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, encompassing key areas such as computer engineering, software design, data structures, programming languages, and advanced mathematics.
  • Must have 3+ years proven experience in a similar role, with a successful track record.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Firm understanding in UX/UI design is mandatory.
  • Proficient with Agile, Scrum and Sprint methodologies
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.

  • Comfortable using teleconferencing and web-based technology to communicate with our clients.
