We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team for the Roanoke, Tx area. In this role, you will take charge of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision and strategies. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product roadmaps by gathering market insights, including Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, and staying abreast of market and regulatory trends.
Collaborate with the managers in SmartThings to integrate cloud-based applications and expand our HVAC portfolio.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving sales, operations, marketing, technical service, training, and IT support.
Work closely with 3rd party suppliers to enhance our product offerings.
Engage with customers, organizations, and utility partners to drive product sales and development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business or related field preferred.
5-7 years of experience in VRF, multi-split, and mini-split products.
Fluent in English and Korean.
Business Experience:
Strong product management and operational business experience.
Extensive knowledge of various sales channels, including stocking distribution, commercial manufacturers reps, and national accounts.
Familiarity with product launches and offboarding processes.
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Proficiency in selling and presentation techniques.
Ability to blend business acumen with technical comprehension.
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment.
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Experience integrating agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
