*This position is based out of our Westlake, OH office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule after probationary period.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Product Manager assumes a pivotal role in overseeing every facet of the digital and service product line, encompassing vision, design, roadmap, and the seamless orchestration of client experience. Operating with substantial autonomy, this professional achieves results through facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders spanning both business and technology domains. Their responsibility extends to ensuring the launch of products within the portfolio, guiding the entire lifecycle from identification of the unmet needs, solution development, and continued optimization for sustained success.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Advocates the team's product vision, striving to craft distinctive experiences that address both expressed and unarticulated customer needs across diverse channels and business lines.
  • Assume a leadership role in defining the strategic direction of our digital products, encompassing all touchpoints. This involves shaping the strategy, developing the overall product roadmap, contributing to annual planning, and effectively communicating these plans to the team and senior leadership.
  • Voice of the customer, creating differentiated products and experiences that address both requested and unarticulated needs of customers across varied channels and business lines.
  • Collaborates with executive stakeholders from various domains business, technology, and client experience to reconcile conflicting interests and needs across the organization. Drives a clear vision, communicating effectively and aligning diverse partners in the process.
  • Works closely with senior leaders and peers from marketing, user experience, technology, and the field to synchronize initiatives and deliver comprehensive journeys across segments and channels.
  • Possesses a holistic understanding of the complete customer experience and lifecycle.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the markets and partners we serve, becoming the go-to source for all information related to market dynamics, both for internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with partners, leading consultative interactions to understand their goals, systems, translating partner needs into product solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and integration.
  • Creates and manages product documentation, solution overviews, onboarding materials, and other assets to support the sales process. Partners with the marketing team to appropriately represent solution stack within written and digital assets.
  • Develop long lasting relationships with partnerships at various levels, holding Quarterly Business Reviews with the partners.
  • Communicate and present our digital and service solutions to internal teams as well as external forums and prospects.
  • Understands competition, pricing, offerings, market analytics, and online tools in comparison to Equity.
  • Collects and analyzes customer feedback, data, and research with the intent of synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in innovation and product management
  • Demonstrated experience in translating research and feedback into roadmaps that drive results.
  • Experience with the full digital product lifecycle as well as market management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to synthesize multiple sources of input (data, stakeholders, client research, design) and arrive at high quality decisions.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
