Follow-up and executes action plans to eliminate obsolete/slow mover inventory.
Responsible to create awareness of excess inventory risks during material transitions.
Responsible for materials inventory.
Runs weekly BWL report (process owner).
Follows up his/her materials on the BWL report and execute actions accordingly to keep them within limits.
Works with MPS planners to create action plans for slow mover inventory.
Responsible to create awareness of excess inventory risks due to demand variability or suppliers MOQ's.
Follows-up on rejected materials returns to supplier.
Creates root cause analysis for materials off BWL and/or inventory glidepath.
