Allied Resources is looking for a Project Scheduler who will be responsible for the contractor schedules and resources, coordination and communication with customers and would conduct weekly meetings! A day in the life:
Oversees and coordinates schedules for contractor work in Primavera P6.
Engages with customers to discuss plans and expectations for completing non-large project work.
Acquires updates on contractor jobs and adjusts schedules accordingly, while collaborating with field supervisors.
Facilitates weekly meetings to plan and discuss work priorities with field supervisors and planning coordinators, ensuring clear understanding of ongoing and upcoming tasks for the current and future weeks.
Arranges regular meetings with contractors and planning coordinators to communicate priorities and comprehension of the status of the current week's work.
The wish list:
5+ years of scheduling experience.
Primavera 6 experience (required).
Construction experience
Communication and organization skills
