Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting a corporate practice in ANY of these areas: fund formation, investment management, venture capital financing, sponsored back leverage finance, securities/capital markets, private company M&A, life sciences, etc.
Strong oral and written advocacy skills
JD required
License to practice in MA
