Overview

The Senior Program Analyst will support federal clients by providing critical expertise in assessing programs and policies and providing targeted recommendations for improvement. This support will include working directly with clients, leaders, subject matter experts, and other team members to research, analyze, and provide advisement on program and policy associated tasks and to perform administrative duties to facilitate efficient office operations.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Providing analysis support, to include reviewing draft policy, conducting research, assessing program effectiveness, analyzing data, and developing recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Preparing and developing correspondence, reports, memorandums, presentations, and other forms of communication for distribution across various organizations as directed.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings and working groups, including scheduling (electronic calendar), developing agendas, taking notes, drafting meeting minutes, recording actions, and distributing notes and action lists to attendees.
  • Assisting with development of policy recommendations, revisions of standard operating procedures, and development of new business processes.
  • Assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding logistics for employees of the organization.
  • Planning, coordinating, and organizing meetings and events (on site, virtual, and off site).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, English, History or other related field required.
  • 4 years of applicable experience required. Experience working as a federal government contractor preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft (MS) Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and performing associated work.
  • Ability to work independently in carrying out day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive federal background check.
  • US Citizenship.
