Sterling Medical is seeking dedicated Licensed Master Social Workers and MSWs to provide services in 5 boroughs of New York City, New York!
This will be providing clinical services for on-site clinic health units/shelters or events for Acuity Commercial and Government contracts for rapid deployments to support emergency and disaster efforts.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial discharge and clinical services within on-site clinic health units/shelters. Reporting to the designated Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering direct care, coordinating discharge planning, and providing mental health treatment. Part time and full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to individuals in need.
- Coordinate discharge planning processes.
- Provide mental health treatment and support.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
