Right to Life of Southwestern Indiana is seeking an Executive Director. The Right to Life Executive Director is highly focused and mission driven. He/she believes in the goals of this organization and embodies the core values when interacting with employees, donors, and business contacts. He/she is creative and has a visionary spirit, considering the long-term path of their organization. The successful Executive Director candidate is charismatic and articulate, allowing expression of ideas intelligently. The executive director shall demonstrate honesty, humility, transparency, and respect when interacting with their team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, organization, and direction of the organization's operations and programs
Develop and implement consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics
Oversee and reports on the organization's results for board of directors
Prepare accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate fundraising results, variances, and performance trends
Provide leadership to and manages the efforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments
Supervise the development of operations-based financial modeling
Coordinate and lead annual budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational and senior management for all locations
Approve major systems implementations related to cost and inventory control
Retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers by providing career coaching, growth, and personal development for workers
Ensure that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
10 or more years of non-profit management experience in an operational environment
5 or more years management or supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
