Caseload: Small caseload, serving students with mild/moderate needs

We are looking for certified special education teachers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students facing unique challenges. Job Overview:

As a Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your responsibilities will include providing direct and indirect instruction, collaborating with support staff and classroom teachers to modify instruction, addressing individual student needs, and ensuring compliance with Special Education regulations. Additionally, you will facilitate the IEP process, including goal writing, progress monitoring, and communication with parents/guardians, teachers, and administrators.

Requirements:

•  Certification in Special Education


•  Experience evaluating and overseeing students with IEPs


•  Strong understanding of Special Education regulations and the IEP process

•  Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
