Job Description:

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:



The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Identify skipped invoices, prepare claim, file, and follow up.


• Determine what creates the chargebacks on the remittances (each vs case or returns, break/shrink, etc.)


• Monitor PO changes.


• Identify common root causes for short pays/skipped invoices.


• Follow EDI submission to portal. Determine failure root cause.


• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance


• Advanced excel knowledge.


• Strong analytical skills.
