Location: REMOTE

Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $170,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Director Program Management



Position Summary:



As the Senior Director, you will develop a cutting-edge Prior Authorization technology solution powered by generative AI. Your leadership will guide the creation, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive project plan, using both internal and external resources to meet ambitious milestones.



Roles:



Develop product specifications with selected partners. • Own the Multigenerational Program Plan (MGPP) and build a 5-year development program. • Collaborate with IT, clinical, operations, finance, and sales to build a solution that exceeds market expectations. • Develop a strategic Go-To-Market strategy with marketing and sales. • Provide leadership and direction of the internal communication strategy. • Support staff activities related to the business and fulfillment processes. • Serve as a liaison between the departments. • Create benchmarks to ensure high-quality standards are met.



Major Responsibilities or Assigned Duties:



• Ensure staffing supports the project build. • Support the sales team as the product SME. • Work with clients to create reporting that meets their needs. • Participate in continuous review of processes and lead the implementation of process changes. • Determine and ensure delivery of training needs specific to the product line. • Partner with nursing and physician staff to improve processes. • Work with system engineers for product design, development, and enhancements. • Own the process for implementation for all new clients and/or products related to the product line.



Qualifications:



• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Healthcare. • PMP Certification or in progress of obtaining PMP. • Should have worked for a Health Plan or for a company that serviced Health Plans. • 10 years project/program management experience. • Minimum of five years in health insurance, health care and/ or managed care arenas. • Knowledge of Auto PA process and experience within this space. • AI Experience: past experience implementing AI. • Data Management: Hands-on experience with unstructured data. • Experience working with clinical teams. • Experience building a regulated product.

Experience working alongside clinical teams. • Strong ability to influence others without a direct management responsibility. • Strong ability to partner with other departments and affect change without direct line responsibility. • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple high priorities and maintain a flexible schedule. • Personal computer literacy and high competency of operating systems. • Strong organizational skills with attention to details. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Well-developed customer service and training skills.
