Your new role



As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of overseeing the entire project lifecycle of Class A office space builds. Your responsibilities will encompass leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources, managing project progress and adapting work as required. You will ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with the company's quality standards. Your role will also involve fostering communication between various stakeholders, resolving any project-related issues, and ensuring compliance with all building codes and legalities.



What you'll need to succeed



To excel in this position, you should hold a B.S. in Construction Management or relevant experience, paired with 5-12 years of professional project management experience, specifically managing Class A office space projects. Your background should demonstrate a proven track record of successful project delivery, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Strong leadership skills and the capacity to drive team performance are essential.
