Job Title: Construction Superintendent


Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually


Location: DFW Metroplex, TX


Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing municipal, healthcare, and commercial construction projects. This role requires a leader who can ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and within budget.


• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and local authorities.


• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the construction site.


• Conduct regular site inspections and manage the resolution of any issues that arise.


• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records.


• Collaborate with the project management team to develop and track project milestones.


• Provide leadership and direction to site staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a portfolio that includes municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects.


• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading.


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.


• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety).
