Responsible for supporting the Lease Administration Team providing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Duties:
Must be available 3 days a week to go into the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA.
Manages the scanning and filing of paper documents.
Archive, index and box lease files for off-site storage
Review, scanning and routing of incoming mail
Support Account Director, Operation Manager, and CRM's, as needed
Triage cases for abstraction
Works closely with MS Space in assigning buildings to database
Works in a variety of SharePoints uploading documents
Runs monthly reporting to send to Shareholders
May perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills, Education and Experience:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Minimum 2 years related work experience to include lease administration and accounting
Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional planning and decision-making skills are highly desired
Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals
Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
