Position Summary:


This position will serve as the phlebotomist for three research studies. The first study investigates the effectiveness SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in Health Care Workers, Staff, and Long Term care facilities and hospitals. The second study examines SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in front line responders, i.e. police, fire, national guard personnel. The position entails local travel to hospitals, nursing homes, police and fire precincts. Some weekend work (generally Saturday mornings, ~9:00 AM - 1:00 PM). The phlebotomist will be asked to perform blood draws at various time points throughout the study. The blood draws will occur primarily during the weekdays, with some weekends, but will have some flexibility for scheduling purposes. The position will also process blood samples for storage.
