• Oversee month-end close procedures.


• Record revenues


• Monitor inventory movements and record.


• Calculate and record monthly Cost of Goods Sold.


• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.


• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.


• Obtain authorization for GL codes and journal entries


• Maintain organized records following company policies.


• Coordinate sales tax and reporting.


• Manage insurance policies, including prepaids and amortization.


• Assist with year-end close tasks.


• Implement and maintain effective internal controls.


• Support audits and respond to information requests.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Experience, 1+ year of Supervisory Experience Preferred (will be partially supervising)


• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field


• Experience in e-commerce or start up environment (+)


• CPA (+)


• QuickBooks Experience or ERP
