Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Obtain authorization for GL codes and journal entries
Maintain organized records following company policies.
Coordinate sales tax and reporting.
Manage insurance policies, including prepaids and amortization.
Assist with year-end close tasks.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Support audits and respond to information requests.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Experience, 1+ year of Supervisory Experience Preferred (will be partially supervising)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in e-commerce or start up environment (+)
CPA (+)
QuickBooks Experience or ERP
