Threat Tec, LLC, is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to join our dynamic team. The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to capture, structure, manage, and disseminate information and knowledge within the organization. This role requires a blend of skills in information technology, content management, and a deep understanding of the organization's goals and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee knowledge-sharing systems and processes that capture, organize, and disseminate critical information across departments, utilizing technology platforms, databases, and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders & corporate leadership to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Conduct training sessions on the effective use of knowledge management tools and best practices
• Analyze existing SharePoint architecture in Microsoft Commercial Cloud in preparation for an environment migration.
• Design and deploy a fresh SharePoint architecture in a Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC Moderate)
• Organize corporate compliance efforts to include internal auditing of CMMI, ISO 27001, NIST 800 -171/53, and CMMC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a Knowledge Manager or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Business Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in designing and managing security policies and knowledge management systems.
• Experience working in and configuring Office 365 Modern SharePoint environments.
• Experience migrating SharePoint data via ShareGate or similar tools.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms and collaboration tools for effective knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting training and fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident response, and compliance with security standards.
• Ability to lead/brief technical discussions to Senior Leadership and Executives

Desired Qualifications

• Possess a Certified Knowledge Manager certification
• Possess a PMP or Change Management Professional certification (CMP)
• Security + Certification
• Masters Degree
