The Marketing Representative will be ‘the face’ of Infinity260, responsible for welcoming all visitors to the property as well as performing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. In this role you will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. You will also generate and manage traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Highly detailed oriented and outgoing candidates will thrive in this position.


This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional evenings and weekends.


Starting Range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour; also qualifies for leasing commissions.


Responsibilities:



  • Greeting all guests at the property, making them feel welcome and addressing their needs.

  • Maintaining the property social media pages and website.

  • Gathering information about the property, surrounding community, and competition.

  • Collecting and processing of rental payments, including bank deposits.

  • Promptly responding to phone calls and emails from guests.

  • Leading guests through vacant and/or model apartments, discussing the features and benefits of the community and how we are able to meet the needs of the guest.

  • Continual follow up with each potential resident.

  • Scheduling and coordinating lease signings.

  • Assisting in marketing outreach including shopping competitive properties, preparing marketing outreach grid, and attending outside marketing events as necessary.

  • Actively promoting resident retention programs.

  • Performing various administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing team.


Important Areas of Expertise: 



  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • A minimum of three (3) months experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Software skills and knowledge preferred: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRI.

  • Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities.

  • The ability to multitask and remain highly organized are a must.
