1. Responsible for the quality management of suppliers, and implement the process management and monitoring of parts development to ensure the achievement of development performance;
2. Responsible for supplier development performance evaluation, monitor suppliers to formulate improvement plans, formulate supplier assistance plans, and support suppliers to improve and enhance their capabilities;
3. Cooperate with business procurement, evaluate potential suppliers in terms of quality capabilities, production management, on-site management, project management, etc., and assist in expanding the supplier resource pool.
4. Promote suppliers to put forward and implement VAVE proposals to achieve the department's VAVE KPI indicators.
5. Manage team KPIs and department expenses, improve the ability of team members, and coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, automotive engineering, quality management and related majors
2. More than 8 years of SQE work experience in auto parts industry, more than 3 years of team management manager
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
4. Be able to skillfully use the five major tools, seven methods, 8D methods and other quality tools in the automotive industry to analyze and solve problems
