• Overseeing the Master Schedule and Shop Floor Scheduling


• Tracking and assures goods are received on time


• Communicating with shipping and receiving. Reporting schedule attainment and shipment availability


• Meeting On Time Supply Delivery - over 98%
  


• Leveraging raw material inventory and planning improvements. Presenting improvements recommendations to management
  
  


• Leading and working effectively across functional groups in warehousing, quality assurance,
  technical operations, records and shop floor personnel
  
  


• Driving continuous improvements for successful business outcomes

• Experience with MRP and SAP, plus strong Excel skills


• Experience working within ISO 13485 FDA regulated environment


• Manufacturing Capacity Planning & Scheduling experience


• Exceptional customer communication


• MS Office experience



Required skills to have for the success of this role



• BS/BA in related discipline


• 3+ years of experience in Scheduling, Capacity Planning and Inventory control


• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience


• Lean Manufacturing and experience with Kinaxis or APICS certifications a plus
