The Service Department is seeking a Service Supervisor for Customer Shop at our Billings, MT branch. If you have the ability to work and get along well with people, to accept change quickly and be able to work under stressful situations with a strong desire to promote growth of the service department business through superior performance and complete customer satisfaction this job may be for you.
Responsibilities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
