We are looking for a passionate experience CNC Programmer to join our team and contribute to the creation of High-Tech components used in life saving surgical procedures. The CNC Programmer will have more than 5 years experience working with 5-axis programming (i.e. creating, editing, troubleshooting).Your responsibilities will include:
Develop programs utilizing CAM software for machines to produce customer parts and internal tooling Run programming simulations and modify as needed Interpret drawings and product models to make modifications/improvements for in-process tooling, fixtures, and gauges using computer-aided design software applications Conduct quality tests to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed Create and maintain accurate records of programming, set-up sheets, and tooling information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through providing technical support and project updates Recommend design changes to the customers parts to aid design for manufacturability Provide training support on programming and machinery operation Submit purchase requisitions for outsourced mechanical components and tooling Ensure compliance with current CAD/CAM standards to provide quality design Adhere to all safety practices and support safety related activities
