Cornman Farms is Hiring a Dishwasher
The dishwasher washes all the pots, pans, plates, silverware, and glassware used during event days on the property while keeping the dish room tidy and clean

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

This position is eligible to participate in the Cornman Farms hourly tip pool, which averages an additional $5 per hour.
Part timeShifts will typically be Wednesday-Sunday, approximately 12pm-8:00pm or 1pm-9:00pm.Our busy season runs through December; January-April, hours are greatly reduced.

Performance Expectations - Essential Functions
Arrives on time for all scheduled shiftsEfficiently washes plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, and delicate china utilizing automatic dishwasher and/or 3 compartment sinkProperly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.Sweeps and mops floors in dishroomTakes out the trash and rinses garbage cans as neededProperly unloads, sorts and stores clean dishes, glasses & equipment appropriatelyKeeps unwashed dishes organizedCleans out drains and drain coversUses existing systems to put away rental itemsFollows all standard operating proceduresFollows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures, as well as Zingermans safety guidelinesFollows and upholds all Zingermans Cornman Farms standardsCompletes all other tasks as assigned

May assist with setting up/tearing down events as needed

Physical Requirements
