Dallas Tiltwall Sales Representative

Outside Sales Needed!

Join our dynamic team as a Tiltwall Sales Representative, where you'll be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our client base. Tilt-up construction is a rapidly growing sector within the construction industry, and we're looking for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to help us capitalize on this market.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tilt-up construction market.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products, services, and capabilities to potential clients.

  • Project Management Support: Collaborate with our project management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.

  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for reporting and analysis purposes.

Additional Requirements to be Considered:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of tilt-up construction methods, processes, and materials.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
