Join our dynamic team as a Tiltwall Sales Representative, where you'll be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our client base. Tilt-up construction is a rapidly growing sector within the construction industry, and we're looking for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to help us capitalize on this market.
Responsibilities Include:
Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tilt-up construction market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products, services, and capabilities to potential clients.
Project Management Support: Collaborate with our project management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for reporting and analysis purposes.
Additional Requirements to be Considered:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of tilt-up construction methods, processes, and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
