Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a NEC Telecom Network Engineer
This role will be hybrid onsite in Everett, WA


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  Experience: A minimum of five years of related practical experience with NEC systems and applications.


• Proficiency in configuring NEC systems and applications to meet customer requirements.


• Skilled in performing move/add/change activities on NEC IP Telephony products.


• Solid working knowledge and practical experience with DC power systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Design and implement NEC systems, applications, and associated equipment across major customer locations in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio.


• Evaluate network specifications, applications, software, and communications.


• Provide troubleshooting and consultative advice for equipment upgrades and improvements.


• Lead installations and services on customer Multi-Functional Devices.


• Diagnose issues, conduct tests, and perform equipment adjustments and repairs.


• Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers.


• Collaborate with management and staff to gather information on customer requirements and technology trends.


• Contribute to the definition of product features and specifications based on market needs.


• Support products including NEC SV9500, UM4730 VM, Commview Call Accounting System, and OW5000-UCD application.


• Dedicate 90% of time to on-site and remote technical assistance, including troubleshooting NEC equipment and Telco circuits.


• Provide innovative solutions to customers and perform basic VoIP network readiness assessments.
