Duration: 12+ Months


Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead Technology Projects: Oversee and manage technology projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.


• 
  JIRA Process Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of JIRA processes. Understand how to effectively utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.


• 
  Vendor Management: Proactively manage vendor relationships. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.


• 
  Network and Server Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of network infrastructure, servers, and their interdependencies. Coordinate with IT teams to optimize system performance.


• 
  Data Center Experience: Familiarity with data center operations, including server maintenance, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.


• 
  Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.


• 
  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• 
  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactively identify risks and propose effective solutions.


• 
  Collaboration: Work well in a team environment. Foster collaboration across departments and functions.
