• C# and .Net experience (.Net Framework 2.0 to current, .Net Core 3.1 to current), API development, Advanced SQL Queries
• Agile, Scrum, cooperative-coding, Jira, and an architectural mindset for large-scale processing.

Role Summary: In this role, you will leverage over a decade of experience in C#/.NET development to design, build, test, and maintain service layers, APIs, and other functionalities of our highly scalable, security-focused applications. You will be instrumental in driving the continuous improvement of our software delivery processes and embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.



Team Dynamics: You will be joining a team of three full-time backend developers, one front-end developer, and a supportive contract team of five front-end developers. The team is dedicated to rapid development to meet the demands of business initiatives, working with both modern and legacy codebases.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of architecturally significant applications.
• Champion and uphold company standards and best practices, aiming for excellence in software delivery.
• Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable enterprise applications capable of handling large data volumes and transactions.
• Integrate and modernize legacy systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain the highest quality of software delivery.
• Collaborate effectively across application, business, and infrastructure teams to build strong partnerships.
• Design, code, and unit test application code following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Independently complete estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation throughout all SDLC phases.
• Participate in all system testing phases and communicate with teams to manage assignments effectively.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in C# .NET development across various frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, etc.).
• Proficiency in complex SQL environments and advanced SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with both modern and legacy systems engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Agile development environment experience and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge within the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven success in large independent coding projects.
