How You Will Make an Impact

A Paint & Detail/Prep Finisher at Reading Truck helps prepare all truck equipment orders for paint processing. We are a leading manufacturer, distributor and fleet sales expert of premium truck bodies with commercial upfit for vocational markets nationwide. We strive for a pioneering attitude and a focused commitment to innovation in all we do.

The Nuts and Bolts

Prep all orders in the truck department for paint.

Assist painters in painting, masking, taping, or any other task to be performed in the paint department.

Help prep and perform basic repairs when needed.

Perform quality assurance before and after painting.

Other duties assigned by management (may be assigned at any time).

Know and follow all health and safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures.

May be required to handle, move, or perform administrative tasks involving Hazardous materials

Required Credentials

Entry level = 0-3 years

Some fabrication knowledge/understanding a plus
