Job Description:

Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job:

Responsible for safety awareness, financial performance, assignment of projects, closing out of projects, recruiting field employees and managers, strategic leadership of staff and the resourcing of the Project Team. Oversees a portfolio of construction projects including mechanical and plumbing (M&P) projects from conception through the completion of the warranty period, and responsible for the successful coordination and execution of all aspects of all assigned project.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Business preferred


• 8 or more years construction project management experience with specific Plumbing and Mechanical management experience preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software


• Experience with an awareness of contract process, terms, legal issues, scope, etc.
