JOB TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Springfield, VA 22151 US (Primary)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Support the Sales Department by reviewing and preparing required Request For Quote (RFQ) documentation, (i.e., representations and certifications, vendor information forms, etc.)
  • Under the Supervision of the Contracts Manager analyze, prepare, and negotiate Non-Disclosures Agreements.
  • Complete tasks related to the administration and execution of Task Orders.
  • Compile contract information for management review.
  • Plan and organize contract-related meetings, and ensure all parties have the relevant information.
  • Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.
  • Prepare contract documents (i.e., contract mods); collect, manage, enter data; monitor and track various contractual activities; manage contract records.
  • Create and manage reports for status and action tracking.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reports as required by the contract.
  • Assist with procurement documents, audits, pulling reports, finalizing documents and/or correspondence and other ad hoc duties.
  • Assist with pre-and post-award activities as needed.
  • Manage contract requests and track the status of all contracts (i.e., Contracts Weekly Report and Accounting/Contracts Report).
  • Prepare and review assigned contracts, identifying potential issues, recommending solutions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed effectively.
  • Provide administrative support and special projects as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of contractual policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and various database tools and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


CLEARANCE LEVEL: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
