The principal internal communications analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal communication strategies to engage, inform and inspire employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across departments and at all levels of the organization and a passion for fostering a positive internal culture that's aligned with the corporate brand and values.

Essential Responsibilities :


  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement an internal communication strategy aligned with organizational goals and values. Create and execute plans for communicating key messages to employees through various channels.
  • Content Development: Write, edit, and curate content for internal communications, including newsletters, intranet articles, and announcements. Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company's brand and values.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms. Explore innovative ways to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Facilitate two-way communication channels to gather feedback and address employee concerns.
  • Change Management: Support the communication aspects of organizational changes, ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged. Work closely with leadership to develop communication plans for change initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning, organizing, and executing of corporate meeting and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7-9 years) in internal communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and technologies.
  • Candidate should possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Event planning experience
  • Experience with global audience/employee base preferred
