As the Customer Insights Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to dive into the data and uncover insights to influence corporate strategies, recommend action steps to drive the business, and support business partners to gain a keen understanding of who our customer is and what motivates them to purchase.

Successful Customer Insights Intern candidates should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with natural curiosity and excitement to dive into business challenges


• Pursuing a degree in computer science, business analytics, data analytics, or data science


• Experience synthesizing learnings and drawing conclusions from large data sets


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Experience prioritizing and balancing multiple projects at once


• Strong attention to detail


• Able to overcome obstacles and manage change to successfully accomplish goals


• Basic understanding of SQL and database terminologies as well as experience with Microsoft Office suite: Excel (Vlookups and formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
