The Opportunity

"As a Senior Director, Product Management you will lead the development of FICO's B2B marketplace services and manage the lifecycle of complex software offerings from strategic roadmap planning to tactical execution. FICO is currently addressing cross sectoral scale in industry digital enablement through the definition, exchange, and monetization of composable domain services through the FICO Platform. By providing a differentiated B2B e-commerce marketplace to facilitate the sale of subscriptions and subscription management, FICO believes it can unlock industry cloud ecosystems at scale. You will be responsible for developing B2B marketplaces and bring a strategic business mindset that covers product, innovation, and a pragmatic go-to-market perspective including business model development and collaborating extensively across various functions within FICO and external market participants." - Vice President, Platform Management

What You'll Contribute

  • Lead the multi-year vision for a disruptive future of ecosystem enablement and market expansion through the digital facilitation of online marketplaces.
  • Create value propositions, competitive landscape, functionality, industry trends, and success factors affecting B2B marketplaces.
  • Understand motivations for scalable multi-sided and multi-tiered participation in complex B2B exchanges.
  • Manage and lead the lifecycle of complex software offerings from strategic roadmap planning to tactical execution.
  • A strong and clear B2B marketplace perspective to inform and prioritize product and market requirements.
  • Have engaged and collaborative interaction with clients, partners, and internal FICO's teams to understand future product enhancements, latent market needs, and disruptive innovations.
  • Development and implementation of company-wide go-to-market and product launch plans, collaborating across various stakeholders and business functions.
  • Deep product expertise and provide a strategic perspective supporting sales efforts for large deals and partnerships.
  • Effectiveness in collaborating across customers, partners, product managers, engineers, QA, marketers, industry analysts, the legal department, sales department, operations such as field and product support, as well as others to achieve FICO's strategic objectives.

What We're Seeking

  • In-depth experience in enterprise software product management.
  • Extensive experience in marketplace services (preferably B2B) and repeated success in executing all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong track record in developing B2B marketplaces and a strategic business mindset that covers product, innovation, and a pragmatic go-to-market perspective including business model development.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, abstractly, and clearly about problems, concepts, and business concerns while managing and implementing tactical execution with clarity, accountability, and positive leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams.
