Their expertise lies in underground utility installation, including water, sewer, storm drainage, duct bank, and fire lines. They handle a wide range of projects, from commercial to multi-family and public works infrastructure.



Your new role


As a Project Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various projects. You collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, falls under your purview. Efficiently managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities are essential. You proactively assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Clear communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors is crucial, along with providing regular project updates and reports. Adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules is paramount. Your problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions contribute significantly to project success.



What you'll need to succeed


You possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry and hold either a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree. You will come from a civil background with an emphasis of experience in underground utility installation, including water, sewer, storm drainage, duct bank, and fire lines.
