Data Collection Researcher III at Kforce Inc in Bellevue, Washington

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client in Bellevue, WA seeking a highly motivated data collection specialist to join our growing user research and data collection team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with participants in the field. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we will look to the data collection specialists for input on how to evolve our collection processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field


• 5+ years of relevant work experience


• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information


• Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company


• Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done, support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary


• Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines


• Ability to follow through, work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively


• A good sense of humor, a positive attitude and great team work skills are a must

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
