RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a publicly traded asset management client that is seeking a Senior Associate, Accounting in Beverly, MA. This role is Hybrid, remote and in office days.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Associate, Accounting will own the AP process


• Handle the fixed assets process


• Submit invoices for approval


• Prepare invoices and enter in the system


• Maintain and analyze the aging report


• Manage check runs and electronic payments


• Maintain vendor records in the system


• As a Senior Associate, Accounting, you will prepare reports for management


• Record depreciation expenses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred


• 1-3 years of public accounting experience (preferably Big 6)


• Excellent organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills


• Professional and polished with strong work ethic


• Attention to detail


• SAP and Concur experience will be a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
