Foreclosure Attorney at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is working with an AM Law 100 firm located in center city Philadelphia on a Foreclosure Attorney position. Candidates with mortgage foreclosure experience preferred.


Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions in the New Jersey court system. Candidates must be available to work onsite 3 days per week and be actively barred in New Jersey.



Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions.


• Role will need to physically appear in court hearings


• Will work closely with attorneys, other support staff, firm departments, and directly with clients. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills for all drafting of documents and other correspondence.


• Must have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and have the ability to multitask.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
