Job Description:

Procurement Clerk - Boston, MA



We are working with a university located in Boston that is seeking a Procurement Clerk to join their Finance Department on a 3-4 month contract basis. This role will report to the Director of Finance and applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Boston 5 days/week to start then adjust to a hybrid working schedule.



Responsibilities:

• Review proposals & keep track of purchases and supplies


• Prepare and submit reimbursement reports


• Handle order inquiries


• Prepare purchase orders

Qualifications:

• Proficient with MS Office Suite


• Experience with SAP/Ariba is preferred
