Job Description:

A mid-size law firm has an immediate opening for a skilled and experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their Malvern office - brand new, bigger and better office space as of 4/25/2024!.


The position requires a great attention to detail and candidates must be professional and hardworking. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task several assignments under tight deadlines and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, court filing and e-filing systems. This position offers great benefits.



The ideal candidate will have knowledge of how to work a case from beginning to end.




Job responsibilities include the following:

• performing internet, social media and docket searches;


• subpoena and obtain medical records from multiple providers;


• prepare detailed medical chronologies for attorney use/reference;


• schedule depositions;


• retain experts and prepare expert packages;


• client contact;


• witness location;


• trial preparation
