Job Description:

We are partnered with a growing real estate firm in Philadelphia looking to hire a Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with month-end close and preparing financial statements.



Responsibilities



× Preparation of month-end closing journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations


× Financial Statements preparation and reporting


× Financial statement analysis


× Reporting to management and investors


× Participation and preparation of annual budgeting process


× Cash management activities


× Bank reconciliations



Qualifications



× B.S in Accounting


× 3+ years of relevant industry or public accounting experience
