The College of Law's Experiential Learning Departmentinvites expressions of interest in part-time faculty teaching opportunities within its externship program seminars. DePaul offers externship seminars in four areas:
Judicial externships
Private practice externships
Public interest externships
Government externships
While there may not be a current position available, applications are reviewed as needed when positions arise. If you applied for an adjunct professor position prior to July 1, 2019, you are encouraged to reapply using this new portal.
In order to best serve students, part-time faculty are expected to perform all duties and responsibilities of a faculty member that are commensurate and consistent with the faculty member's qualifications and the best interests of DePaul.
Required Qualifications: JD degree and a current, active law license. Demonstrated expertisein the practice setting seminaryou expect to lead. Prior teaching experience helpful.
