Core Responsibilities
This is a VM/graphic designer(70/30) role that will work with and support the creative and retail team. This role will own visual merchandising under the direction of the SVP of Creative & Content. Main job responsibilities include; concept/execute visuals for the NY store windows & gallery space, seasonal VM guidelines, maintain the NY store, update rails & mannequin looks, work on seasonal window concepts with our partners & iterate concepts for other locations. Support pop-ups & events. When not working on vm this role will work as a graphic designer on a range of assets from email layouts, vinyls, digital banners, and other projects as needed. We are a small collaborative team and encourage everyone to participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas and concepts.
Requirements/Role:
• 2-3 Years VM Experience
• Must be in New York City, this role requires in office/store days.

• Stay current with retail trends
• Generating sketches of visual displays
• Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display area
• Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays
• Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose
• Review wholesale and partner images and give recommendations and guidelines.
• Work with our partners to ensure cohesive retail visual language & experience.
• Must be able to work on your feet, climb a ladder, and capable of lifting
• Knowledge of store operational and visual merchandising standards
• Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes
