Stelvio Group are pleased to be recruiting a Support Specialist (part-time) for a fast-growing insurance company based in Fort Washington, PA.
Important Details
This is a 100% remote position.
You will be required to work a minimum of 20hrs per week however 28hrs is preferred.
You must be required to work within the hours 8am-6pm EST, Mon-Fri.
This position could lead into a full-time position however there is no guarantee.
$20 per hour.
About the role
The Support Specialist assists with the ongoing servicing of life insurance policies that are sold in the secondary market. As a Support Specialist, you will act as a liaison between the policy owners and life insurance companies. You will play an important role in our client's process to ensure the correct changes are implemented after the policy sale and optimize the valuation of policies. As a Servicing Specialist, you will sit within the Portfolio Services department.
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate internally and externally.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic knowledge of Excel.
Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Graduated from an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in customer service.
