Job Description:

A well- established Private Equity firm is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior executive! The ideal candidate will have previous financial services experience supporting high-level executives. This is a hybrid role (4 days per week in office) with best in class benefits and compensation!

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate busy calendars
  • Manage expenses
  • Coordinate global travel
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide ad hoc project based support as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience working in a financial service
